Ten Questions for the Jesuit Provincials

 

1.         Do you believe in the pope's universal spiritual power over every human creature? 

This is the first "Key" of the pope.

 

2.         Do you believe there is only salvation and thus the forgiveness of sins through the Roman Catholic Church?

 

3.         Do you believe in the pope's universal temporal power, that he has the right to rule the government of every nation?  This is the second "Key" of the pope.

 

4.         Do you believe that the pope has the right to remove political leaders from their offices for their refusing to uphold the temporal power of the pope?

 

5.         Do you believe you must fulfill the Council of Trent which includes the destruction of the Protestant Reformation?

 

6.       Are Protestants "heretics" or "separated brethren" as referred to in the Council of Vatican II?

 

7.         Do you believe it is no murder to kill a heretic as stated by St. Thomas Aquinas in his Summa Theologica?

 

8.         Do you support the policy of killing "heretic" Greek Orthodox peoples as was carried out by the Franciscians and Jesuits in Croatia during World War II?

 

9.         Do you support the Patriot Act as it was penned at the Jesuit Order's Georgetown University by Professor Viet Diem?

 

10.       Would you support the signing of a future Concordat between an American president and the pope remembering that both Mussolini and Hitler had Concordats with Pope Pius XII?
